The Gymnastics Program The gymnastics program at IVDC is designed to introduce campers of all ages to the sport and activities involved with gymnastics. Boys and girls between ages of 4 to 12 years old learn tumbling, vault, balance beam and trampoline several periods each week. The Gymnastics Club For campers with the desire to
participate on a more frequent basis, they have the opportunity to select
the gymnastics club which meets daily. Throughout the season the
campers prepare for the end of the season show for their parents and the
camp. |
